Via Belize City International airport on Sunday afternoon at approximately 12:00Pm. Clear Belizean immigration, claim baggage and clear customs. Meet Hooked on Diving's uniformed "rep" and either board bus for transit to the ship in the Port of Belize City or board Tropicair flight for transit to board the ship in the Port of Punta Gorda. |

Room check-in with orientation to room amenities: Use of head, showers (biodegradable soap, shampoo) telephone, e-mail, climate control and entertainment system, etc. (NO Smoking)
Group welcome aboard cocktail and snack 4:00PM Orientation briefing to our staff, facilities and services. (also on closed circuit TV system ) NB: Because Belize doesn't observe "day-light savings time," depending on the time of the year, shipboard time will be one hour ahead of Belize. Purpose: to maximize day-light diving hours.

Wake-up for regular diving activities will begin at 6:3OAm." Ship time."
Briefing for 1st of the 2 morning dives begins at 7:30 Am.
Diving begins at 8:00Am
Lunch: 11:00Am to 1:00Pm.
Briefing for 1st of the 2 afternoon dives begins at 1:00 Pm. Diving begins at 1:30 Pm.
Snack: 5:00PM
Briefing for night dive begins at 6:00 Pm. Diving begins at sun-set.
Dinner: 8:30Pm.

Day prior to departure: |
In order to afford all divers ample surface interval prior to flying, cessation of the weeks diving activities will take place prior to 11:00 Am. on the day prior to group departure from the ship.
Entry into port: either Belize City or Punta Gorda: 2:00PM
If to Punta Gorda: optional afternoon visit to Ecological preserve.
If to Belize City: optional afternoon visit into city.
Final evening "Farewell banquet I awards presentation:
8:00Pm. Evening snack

Disembarkation and transit to airport: if in Punta Gorda at 9:00 Am, if in Belize City, 10:00 Am.
Guests beginning their dive-cruise via Punta Gorda will be afforded an optional opportunity to visit a jungle preserve during their cruise.
